Are you looking for a different kind of vacation experience along Lake Superior?  We offer an experience reminiscent of days past when small mom and pop resorts were found all along the North Shore. However, our cozy cottages have all the modern comforts, luxuries, and accommodations you would expect to find in vacation condominiums and bed and breakfasts.

Croftville Road Cottages is conveniently located just 3 miles from downtown Grand Marais on the lakeside of scenic Croftville Road known as the "walking road".

Nestled on 540-ft of rocky shoreline, Croftville Road Cottages is owned and operated by the Chmelik family. Extensive renovations and all new furnishings for the three cottages was completed in 2006 by the Chmeliks.
